SPRING CLASS SCHEDULE, ALL LEVELS:

Monday - Wednesday - Friday: 6:45am in Rochester Municipal Park
Monday - Wednesday - Friday: 8am, 9:05am, 10:10am, 5:30pm, 6:30pm in Bloomer Park

Saturday: 9:00am Train with the Trainer in Bloomer Park

Please schedule your session 24 hours in advance, so we are ready for you!

Urban Outdoor Workouts is for everyone. From the beginner to the advanced athlete we have a workout that will fit you and push you to the next level. The workouts change from day to day and are never the same as the last one. They are held in group or private settings.
